The following information is taken from the customer for ordering at SM Corporation-
Customer Name
Customer number
Customer address

Delivery time:
All the products in stock of SM Corporation are delivered within the fastest time. In that case delivery is completed within 5 working days in Dhaka and 10 working days in other districts. Delivery is completed within 10-40 working days for pre-order products.

Payment Process:
Customers can order through cash on delivery or advance payment. However, it is mandatory to pay the delivery charge in advance for every order outside Dhaka. Delivery charge within Dhaka is 80 taka and delivery charge in other districts is 150 taka.

Return Policy:
The product must be seen and verified in the presence of the delivery man. If there is any defect in the product, the product can be returned to the delivery man. If the correct product is delivered, the customer will not get a refund of the advance delivery charge and will have to return it with the delivery charge if it is within Dhaka.

Refund Policy:
Refund application is not accepted after product delivery. However, the customer can apply for exchange of different products of the same price.

Exchange Policy:
You cannot apply for an exchange if the product is used. In which cases the customer can apply for exchange:
If wrong product is delivered from SM Corporation
If wrong size is delivered from SM Corporation
If any problem is found in the product of SM Corporation.
If you order the wrong size

Note: Delivery charges are applicable for exchange application and exchange application must be made to SM Corporation within two working days.
